It’s important to know the people behind the scenes and the labels. Nielsen & Associates, LLC was founded by Evan Nielsen in January of 2005. He joined with Dwight Bickel and together formed The Law Office of Dwight F. Bickel, a Law Firm Located in Queen Creek, Arizona.

Evan Nielsen graduated with a BS and MS in Statistics from Brigham Young University in 1987 and has since earned three additional degrees including an MBA, DBA, and a Juris Doctorate of Law. Dr. Nielsen has been immersed in the world of business and law for over 30 years. He served as the Senior Vice President of Sky Mall in 1992 and has since co-founded and owned several successful companies ranging from Healthcare to Mortgage and Financial Services. He is an experienced Commercial Real Estate Investor and also offers Asset Management services to his clients. Dr. Nielsen is a Founding Board member of The Council for Continuous Improvement and The Arizona Math Coalition. He is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association and is a diplomat of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. In 2005 Evan rounded off his business career by becoming a member of the California Bar and has practiced law ever since. Dr. Nielsen is Active in church, community and volunteer programs including the Boy Scouts of America.
